Use the platform only for accounts and organisations you are authorised to represent. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse through the Contact page.

Financial services

Each SACCO approves its own products, eligibility rules, interest rates, charges and account access. Loan applications require review. Fixed deposits follow the terms accepted when placed; early access may be restricted or subject to a disclosed fee.

API access

Sandbox data is synthetic. Live credentials require approval and must be stored on a secure server. Do not share keys, exceed approved scopes, scrape member records or use data beyond the agreed purpose. Access may be suspended or revoked.

Group funds

Accepted contributions belong to the group account under its agreed rules. Your contribution record is not an automatically withdrawable personal balance. Distributions require the group’s approval process.
