Telspay is a Digital Platform in Uganda Started its operations in 2020 Under the Decree of Financial and Online Financial assistances to individuals and Group members especially Sacco (Savings and Credit Coperations) to Overcome Poverty and aim at developing themselves. We Telspay admit to provide financial help across Uganda. With the much concern about the Ugandans in Diaspora, we are here to help them achieve their targets and achievements.
